- COOLANT OUTLET CONNECTOR – Remove & Replace – In-Line4,1.8L Eng Rear of Engine
- Found broken T connector causing vacuum leak. Replaced connector. Attempted Cold Start. started fine. Aux air pump making noise. 058133785B hose broken on one end and crumbled when removed. Replacing Air Pump Hose as needed. Started fine for test drive, no stumbling or hesitation, no leaking coolant and running at normal temperature. Still hearing noise from Air injection pump which only runs briefly at start up. If cold starting issues continue, recommend replacing pump. Also noted that there is small amount oil leaking from oil filler cap–inspected and cleaned, but the seal there has hardened, and there a small abrasion that could be causing leak. This could also cause a small vacuum leak though it was not visible during smoke test.
